Check out the advice for your score below:
0-4: Well done and keep up the good work! You are obviously very health conscious so any minor indiscretions are unlikely to have a detrimental effect on your health.
5-9: You are on the right track but should continue to choose healthier options where needed. Listen to your body and how it feels after certain foods. Set yourself mini goals to implement 2/3 new dietary or lifestyle changes every couple of weeks. Don’t give up as you are well on the way to optimal health.
10-14: To enjoy better health and longevity now is the time to start making some dietary and lifestyle changes. The aim within the next six months would be to get you scoring 5 or less on the test. It is best to tackle one change first until it becomes a habit before addressing another. It can be difficult as things like sugar, alcohol and tobacco are addictive but with my support and guidance I can help you plan for and navigate the challenges to changing your lifestyle and diet. I’d love to be able to work with you on your journey and help get you there … to the holy grail of optimal health.
15-20: This is really not where you want to be, I’ve been there! It’s that slippery slope where your health is truly at risk from the overconsumption of processed foods, unhealthy fats and artificial stimulants. Change is going to be hard, but that’s what I’m here for, to help you find your motivation and keep you going when things get tough. By working together I can support you as you make those small changes that will lead to big results.
