What is a hormone health coach?
A hormone health coach is a health coach who helps women address their hormone imbalances. As your hormone health coach I help you to understand the hormonal changes that take place in your body, how they affect your weight and help you to reach your weight loss goals (and restore your sanity) dietary and lifestyle changes.
How many coaching sessions do I need?
This is the million dollar question! We are all unique and will all require differing levels of support depending on our goals. Some people just want the information and to go away and do it for themselves, others need more support. I always recommend a minimum of 6 sessions which can be renewed.
What happens in a coaching session?
Our sessions will take place by zoom or face-to-face at predetermined times and dates. Generally session structures will review the previous session and any actions you completed, set goals for the current session, consider where you are at in relation to reaching the new goal and strategise ways to reach it, agree on action points to be taken and summarise the session.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is for people who are ready to take action to reach their goals. If you are struggling, feel stuck in a rut, can’t reach your goals no matter what you try and feel like you need that extra push along the way then coaching can help you. It will help keep you accountable, help bridge the gap in knowledge you may be missing, help provide structure and, give you a good old kick up the butt to get on with it!
