This e-book is full of golden nuggets and practical tips. Emma breaks down complex theories and makes them simple to understand & implement. It was very insightful and I have learned so much. Very easy to read and I loved Emma's sense of humour. I would recommend it to anyone struggling with PMS or who would like an overall understanding.

... great information has been provided in this book!I have a much better understanding of what our bodies go through during menstruation and wish something like this had been available years ago (trust me, there wasn't!).As a woman who is post menopause I wondered whether it was worth me reading this book, and the answer is a resounding YES! Apart from learning so much myself, 3 of my 5 children are daughters, and I have recommended that they should read it.Emma writes from experience and the heart. She tells it like it is without all the 'fluff' she is straightforward, open and very honest about her own journey.Although no longer experiencing PMS, I have found the supplement and dietary information very useful to me. Emma doesn't just suggest taking a supplement, or adding/removing something from your diet, she explains WHY these would be a good idea in relation to how the (potential) deficiency impacts your body. A wonderful and supportive resource, which includes an easy to follow a workbook and menstrual tracker.You don't need to suffer in silence any longer. However, I would just reiterate what Emma says at the very outset - there is no magic wand. If you want things to change for the better YOU have to put the work in to get the results you need.So the only question is, how much better do you want your overall health and wellbeing to be?

This book is fantastic, Emma talks about PMS and hormones in a way thats easy to understand and easy to relate to. It is in no way a quick fix and definitely something you will need to check back in with to get the most benefit. It's laid out in a way that is easy to refer to and the accompanying worksheet makes this book a full package.Emma speaks to you though the book like you are chatting together, so many times I was saying "yes Emma thats me" and definitely a few LOL moments.Every woman needs to read this book. 🙂

PMS Hell to PMS Harmony: A practical guide to understanding and addressing the causes of PMS: Like having a chat with a very well-informed close friend
Guides like this can sometimes be dry, judgemental and clinical. Not this one! I really felt like I was having a chat with a very well informed close friend who explained the sometimes awkward things in a fairly matter of fact way, without skirting around the stuff that needed to be said!This book not only confirmed things for me that I had long suspected, but also taught me lots of new stuff and gave me some practical tips as to how to turn things around. Of course changing your hormones is not a 5 minute fix and Emma is very clear about this, but the rewards are there for those willing to make the changes. Overall this is helpful and enlightening - it will help you to understand both why you have had such bad PMS and also, what you can do about it.I really wish this had been around 30+ years ago when I was starting out on this journey!

I wished I had this book years ago. Although I am no longer menopausal I have soaked up all the information tips and advice that Emma has shared so well in this easily digestible e-book. Some things I was sort of aware of but so many things I learnt and was reminded of the value and the reason behind doing these things and building them into your life. Emma's tone in the book is great. Humourous, anecdotal and down to earth. It felt like a friendly chat with an incredibly knowledgeable health coach. No preaching or jargon. I highly recommend this for every women either pre or post menopause. Amazing value for money.

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. Not only does Emma give you really deep insight into hormones and hormonal issues, she does so in a way that is easy to absorb. There are many 'omg I did not know that' moments in the book, and I think every woman should read this book to help understand how hormones work in the female body, and also to find solutions to the myriad of hormonal problems we often have to suffer and live with in silence day by day. I'll keep this on my kindle to refer to over and over again. Emma also gives away a workbook alongside the ebook, helping you to start tracking and taking better control of the hormone issues you may have, the monthly cycle you go through, and more. A really useful read. Thanks Emma!
